Shipping Policy


Orders are processed within 72 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or any circumstances outside of our control. Once the package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.

If you are local to the Treasure Valley and choose local pickup we will notify you via email when you can pick up your oder.


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.


Wholesale orders may require additional processing time depending on volume. If this occurs, we will reach out to you directly.
