All sales are final. We sell wholesale only, and due to the nature of wholesale pricing and distribution, we do not accept returns or exchanges.


If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the packaging and the product so we can review the issue.


Any exception to this policy must be requested within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests made after this time will not be considered.


Once your case is reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution. This may include a replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and are offered only at our discretion.
